Mr. Bosacki is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Manhattan Partners and shares overall responsibility for all management and investing activities of the firm. He is an investment professional and an entrepreneur. His investment experience includes eight years of LBO experience. He was previously a Managing Director of Friend Skoler & Co., a $231 million buyout fund focused on consumer products and business services companies. He also has had experience with an early stage VC firm and with the international acquisitions team of a Fortune 500 company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bosacki was an entrepreneur, forming several successful companies that manufactured and distributed products in the action sports and residential housing industries.
Mr. Bosacki earned his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and received a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of British Columbia. He previously was a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant's with President's Honor Role standing.
Mr. McBride is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Manhattan Partners and shares overall responsibility for all management and investing activities of the firm. Prior to Manhattan Partners, he was most recently a Partner at The Walnut Group, a consumer, retail, and services focused private equity firm managing in excess of $300 million across multiple investment vehicles. He led or was associated with a number of Walnut’s investments including The O'Gara Group, Seed Media Group, Flat Out Crazy Restaurant Group, Goliath Solutions, WMI Media Solutions, and Adspace Networks. This included acting as a Board Director or Board Observer, facilitation of due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, strategic planning and general portfolio company oversight. Previously, Mr. McBride was a founding team member at Gerard Biotech, a biotechnology venture developing and commercializing tools for life science research.
Mr. McBride is a graduate of Miami University with a B.A. concentrating in entrepreneurship and political science. He is still active today as an alumni participating as a frequent guest lecturer to the University’s Farmer School of Business.
